Michigan Agile and Beyond 2011

20 January, 2011 § 2 Comments

A couple days ago, I registered for the Michigan Agile and Beyond 2011 conference. A crew of TechSmith employees headed down to Dearborn, MI last year for the inaugural event. This will mark the second year of the conference and will feature speakers from across the region that work for companies of all sizes.

Personally, I’m looking forward to learning more about Kanban. The software team that I work on has adopted Kanban recently and we’re still learning how to use to its maximum potential.

The conference takes place on Saturday, March 12 and is only $79 to register during the month of January.

I haven’t heard of Kanban before! I didn’t know you were using it either! I’m surprised by your eagerness to learn more about it — I tend to stay more interested in the work than the process. Keep us updated as to both this conference and how Kanban is working.

Good to see the intereste in Kanban. I’m looking forward to the Agile and Beyond conference. I’ll be presenting on “excellent executable requirements,” and my co-presenter has experience using Kanban and blending it with Scrum. Look for us if you want to talk.

    Go Green!
